The first thing that is important to know is that the client’s contract is fair to both parties. There is a 100% money back guarantee written in the contract. As far as this DJ service knows, there is only one other company that does this. There are no hidden charges and everything is written up in plain view for the client to see. Everything is explained to the client so that they completely understand what is written, there is no fine print to try and read. We are committed to meeting with each of our clients at least two times before their event. If more meetings are required, we will accommodate our client's request. Meetings are usually arranged at our client's location, however, for our out-of-town client's, we will meet at a location that is convenient to both parties. Typically ˝ the distance between our locations, and at a location that is conducive to talking. The First Meeting:

Our meetings are designed to eliminate problems. A third phone meeting will occur the week of the event to discuss any last minute changes. This is another way to take worries away from our clients. We set up before you have dinner. This way your guests will see a professional set up and the client knows that their DJ is there. The equipment has been checked out and in working order and ready to go. The equipment is of highest quality and always looks professional. The DJ will be wearing a $500.00 Zoot Suit and any associate working with the DJ will dress accordingly. We feel that looking professional is a big part of how your guests will see us and what we play is the second part. We play at least 90% of requested music. People come up to us and want to hear the song they requested, not what the DJ wants to hear. There are times when not all of the requested music can be played because the song may not be appropriate for that event and the DJ along with the client reserve the right not to play that song. If questionable, the client has the finale say. We are a DJ service that cares a lot about each individual person at each event. We feel that it is extremely important to individualize each event to our client’s wants and needs… no matter what it is! We customize the event to reflect our client's desires. This will help ensure our clients guests will never forget that night. We are a customer service focused DJ service. We want what you want, and it is one of the hardest things to convey to people.
