Our Standards

  • Our employees never smoke or are engaged in consuming alcohol during or after your event. We want to be alert to give you the best service possible!
     

  • Our goal is to provide music that does not contain profanity, vulgar language, or promotes violence or substance abuse. If a song is requested that we feel is inappropriate we simply will not play it.
     
  • Our employees are always on the ball. Dressed for the event in proper attire, and Yes! We will even come dressed in costume upon request!
     
  • We promise to give 100% of our ability to making
    the event a great time for everyone.
     
  • We promise to always tell the truth and give you the respect that you deserve.
     
  • Your calls are always returned in a timely manner.
     
  • Your questions will always be answered to the best of our ability
     
  • We show up early to guarantee proper set up.
     
  • We will try to play everyone's requests*
     
  • We feel our prices and charges are fair and competitive. There are no hidden charges or double bookings. We PROMISE to never sell you event to another service or sub-contractor**

*Requests will be played provided the song requested is both in our extensive music collection, is appropriate for our customers event, and can be played within any time constraints.
**Mobil Music Maker will never sell your event to a sub-contractor. However, we do reserve the right to substitute equipment or personnel in the event of breakdowns or inability of a performer to perform.
